LiveWire Q1'26 is Here.

LiveWire is our brand new quarterly product showcase, and Q1'26 is the very first episode. Every three months from here on out, we are pulling back the curtain on what just shipped, and where we are taking procurement for specialty trade contractors next. Just the updates that change how contracting teams run their business.

And this quarter? We are kicking things off with a bang. Two major announcements, several enhancements and the first look at where Remarcable is heading in 2026.

If you are already a Remarcable customer, consider this your direct line to our product team and a heads up on everything that is live in your account today. If you are new here, welcome. You are getting in on the ground floor of something we are excited about, and this is the clearest picture you will get of how fast the platform is evolving.

Our big focus for 2026

Before we dive into the features, a quick note on where Remarcable is heading this year. Our headline focus for 2026 is AI, and we are introducing it as Remarcable Intelligence. You have probably heard every software company talk about AI this year. We are not interested in that conversation. We are interested in one thing. Making the work your team already does faster.

Remarcable Intelligence is not a separate product, it lives inside the workflows your team already uses every day. Procurement, invoice processing, quoting and support.

AI Invoice and Quote Processing

If your team has ever spent an afternoon typing supplier invoices into a system line by line, this one is for you.

Remarcable already has deep EDI connections with many of the major distributors. Those integrations are fast and reliable, and they are not going anywhere. But EDI only covers part of the picture. There is always a local supplier, a specialty vendor, or a long time partner who sends quotes and invoices the old fashioned way. A PDF in an email. A scan of a paper invoice. A quote laid out in a format you have never seen before.

Those documents used to mean manual data entry. Now they do not.

AI Invoice and Quote Processing reads any supplier document in any format and pulls out the line items, quantities, prices, taxes, and totals. It matches the data back to the original PO and flags the things that do not line up. It works on documents from suppliers the system has never seen before, and it gets sharper the more you use it. There are no templates to build and no rules to configure. You forward the document and the Remarcable Intelligence engine handles the rest.

It also does not matter what trade you are in. Electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC. The engine reads the documents your suppliers actually send, in the formats they actually use. If you run more than one vertical, or you are planning to expand into a new one, the same engine handles all of it. One system. Every supplier. Every trade.

A few things worth knowing:

  • The engine has already processed over 250,000 invoices across more than 2,500 suppliers.
  • First time setup for a brand new supplier can take a couple of days while the system learns the format. After that, processing is near instantaneous.
  • Computer generated PDFs and scanned documents work best today. Handwritten notes from the field are coming later this year with Smart Scan, a new addition to Remarcable Intelligence built specifically for the scribbles your foremen hand you from the job site.
  • Approved invoices sync directly into your ERP, so your AP team stops rekeying and starts reviewing.

This is the first big piece of Remarcable Intelligence, and it is the one that is going to show up in your AP team's week immediately. It is also a preview of where we are taking the platform. Years of real contractor transactions, combined with feedback from the people running these operations, is what shapes Remarcable Intelligence.

Tool Management, now with Brady

Tool Management is not new to Remarcable, it has been part of the platform for a few years and the contractors who use it know it as one of the quieter workhorses in the product. But we have not talked about it much, and most of you probably have not seen what it can really do. With the Brady integration live, now is the right time to reintroduce it.

What Tool Management does

The goal is simple. Give contractors a real answer to the questions every foreman asks at some point. Where is the tool? Who had it last? When is it coming back?

With Remarcable Tool Management you can assign tools to people, jobs, or trucks, and track every movement from a device. Check tools in and out with a scan. Schedule calibrations and inspections so nothing slips. Pull reports when your finance team asks for them. See where every tool is without walking out to the yard.

A few of the things it handles:

  • Check in and check out. Foremen scan tools on the job site. Warehouse leads manage the crib from a desk.
  • Service schedules. Calibrations, inspections, and preventive maintenance run on autopilot.
  • Accountability. When a tool goes missing you can see who had it last and where it was supposed to be.

Most contractors who turn it on find that the tools they thought were lost were sitting on the wrong truck. The first month usually pays for itself in tools you stop replacing.

Where Brady comes in

Brady is the label printer most contractors already use for panel schedules, wire markers, arc flash labels, and asset tags. With the Brady integration, you can print Remarcable labels directly from your Brady printer. Every tool gets a scannable tag that ties back to its record in Remarcable.

No standalone tagging software. No separate database. No second system for the warehouse to learn. If you already have a Brady printer in the warehouse, you are most of the way there.

The Brady integration is live today on Android, PC, and Mac. iOS support is coming later this year, so if your foremen are on iPhones, sit tight. Everything else is ready to go right now.

Additional updates & improvements

Sage Intacct Integration

If you run on Sage Intacct, POs, receipts, and invoices now flow between Remarcable and Intacct automatically. Committed costs update the moment a PO goes out, so your job cost reports are not a week behind. Your accounting team stops re-keying data between two systems, and your PMs stop wondering if the dashboard they are looking at is current.

Flexible Approval Workflows

You can now build approval chains that match how your business actually runs. Route in multiple ways: by dollar amount, by job, by cost code, or by any combination. Set coverage for when someone is out of the office. Small purchases move fast. Big purchases get the right eyes before they go out.

If you were running into edge cases the old approval system could not handle, most of them are solved now.

Staged Supplier Sync

Supplier catalog updates no longer hit your system the second a supplier pushes them. They stage first. You review the changes, decide what to accept, and push them live when your team is ready. No surprise price jumps mid quote. No new part numbers breaking your favorites list.

Enhanced AI Chatbot

The other piece of Remarcable Intelligence going live this quarter is a smarter support assistant built right into the platform. Ask it a question about Remarcable and get a straight answer in context, without digging through the help center or waiting on a ticket. Find it under Support Chat in the left nav and give it a try.

The thread running through all of it

Every feature in LiveWire Q1'26 traces back to the same idea. Every dollar your team spends deserves a record. Every PO, every invoice, every supplier transaction. Owned by you. Visible to your team. Connected to your books.

That sounds simple, but if you are running multiple jobs with dozens of suppliers, you know how fast things fall through the cracks. A quote that never got matched. An invoice that got approved without a PO. A tool that walked off a job site. Remarcable exists so your team can stop chasing paperwork and get back to building.

If you want to see everything in action, the full LiveWire Q1'26 recording is on demand. It walks through each feature with live demos and a bit of context on why we built them.
