Live Wire Q2 2026 | Remarcable product announcements

One connected platform for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing contractors and their suppliers

Live Wire Q2 2026 | Remarcable product announcements

Contractors are in the business of building, and suppliers are in the business of building trusted relationships with them. That work is hard, and we believe purchasing and material operations shouldn't be.

That belief sits behind everything we demonstrated at Live Wire on June 30, 2026. And it’s behind the promise we make to you: every part, every order, every team, finally connected. One platform where your office, your field, your warehouse, and your suppliers work from the same information, at the same time.

Watch Live Wire | Q2 2026 Quarterly product update

This quarter we announced four big updates, plus a couple of enhancements to the workflows your teams already use every day. Here is what's new, and why it helps you build.

1. Remarcable is now for mechanical and plumbing contractors

What we’ve provided to over 250 electrical contractors, we are now bringing to plumbing and mechanical contractors. Same depth. Same field-first approach. Same accountability to the people doing the work.

130,000+ plumbing and HVAC products are in the catalog, with more added every day. According to Traci Silik at JH Kelly, an MEP contractor using Remarcable now across all three trades,

"The platform integrated seamlessly with our existing systems, enabling rapid adoption while minimizing disruption to day-to-day workflows. That level of tight integration ensured clean, reliable data flow and allowed teams to realize value almost immediately." — Traci Silik, Director of Supply Chain, JH Kelly

2. The platform that keeps your financial data in sync

We announced seven new financial integrations, including bi-directional data sync with both your accounting and project management system, at the same time: Procore, BuildOps, Sage Intacct, Trimble Appxchange for Vista, Workday, Microsoft Business Central, and Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations.

With the new Procore integration, your commitment data goes straight to the project budget, so project managers stay in their system without an accounting license and manual cross-referencing is no longer required.

With the new BuildOps integration, Remarcable handles the commitment, the receiving, and the bill, and sends all three into BuildOps - and your accounting system - at the same time.

Nate Stein, the CFO at Muska Companies had this to say about it, "The integration seamlessly connects our purchasing, job costing and ERP systems. It eliminates the need for any redundant, dual data entry into multiple systems. The embedded Remarcable links in BuildOps and Sage make getting to the relevant PO always just one click away."

Remarcable now has over 35 financial integrations, more than 3,000 integrated supplier branches via EDI, and has processed over 314,000 quotes, sales orders, and invoices with our proprietary AI OCR. We have become the single platform that ties your accounting software, your suppliers ERP, and now also your project management software together so data flows accurately, automatically, and in real time.

3. AI built into your accounting workflows

We put artificial intelligence into the accounting work your team already does, so energy goes toward the exceptions, not the routine:

  • Validation rules. Warnings let a record through with an acknowledgement. Errors hold it until it's corrected. You set how strict the rules are.
  • Flexible line matching. Match line items on purchase orders to invoices directly or with AI, with configurable rules for how to handle tax, freight, and discounts.
  • Audit trail. A new batch screen takes snapshots of every PO and invoice the moment it processes, so your team can see who did what and when.

4. Delivery Management to track every shipment

Your warehouse team pulls a request, packs the boxes, and then the questions start. Is it on a truck or still on the shelf? Did the box that showed up get logged? Remarcable Delivery Management closes that loop:

  • Create the shipment directly inside the request, with most fields pre-filled.
  • Track it as pending, in transit, or delivered, color-coded by driver.
  • Easy scanning with QR code at delivery, so the field team can mark it received in one tap.
  • A full log of who pulled it, who drove it, and who received it, with photos along the way.

Brady label printing is integrated, so you can print labels from your iPhone or iPad. Teams have already logged 9,500+ delivery requests, with huge time savings. Taft Electrical has improved their accuracy of delivery requests by 160%!

"Before Remarcable, maybe 30% of requests were right the first time. Now we're at 80% to 90%. The field picks exactly what's in our inventory, so there's no one guessing and nobody is assuming." — Adam Rojas, Tool Crib Manager, Taft Electric

A few more updates released last quarter

Vendor Managed Inventory for contractors. If you run consignment on a job, in your warehouse, or in your pre-fab shop, the cage usually lives in its own system, separate from everything else. Someone ends up hand-matching pulls back to orders, and a pull rarely carries a cost code or phase code. That is where the reconciliation work and the accounting errors occur. Remarcable now resolves this on both sides with our new VMI update, part of Remarcable Inventory Management.

  • A crew member goes to Stock in Remarcable, finds the VMI location, and submits a material request. Same flow they already know, no new system to learn.
  • The person managing the inventory at the distributor confirms the quantity and marks it transferred from the consignment location.
  • Remarcable updates the inventory record in real time and generates a PO tied to exactly what was pulled, cost code and phase code included.
  • When the invoice arrives, AP matches it against a real PO tagged to actual usage, not a count after the fact and not a phone call.

Vendor Managed Inventory for contractors is available now.

Recurring service reminders. If you manage a fleet of trucks, tools, and equipment in Remarcable, you already track where it lives and who has it. Keeping up with maintenance has been the gap: oil changes, DOT inspections, calibrations. With recurring service reminders in Remarcable Tool Management, we close that gap.

  • Set a reminder on any tool, vehicle, or piece of equipment. Name the service, pick the due date, choose how far out you want the heads-up, and set how often it repeats: monthly, quarterly, annually.
  • Choose who gets notified, or Remarcable falls back to your tool and fleet admins. Either way, someone always knows.
  • Log the service when it's done, and attach the vendor, the cost, and inspection certificates, all linked to the item as a service record.
  • Mark it complete, and the next reminder is already scheduled.

Supplier ERP integration settings. Smooth procurement needs clean data flowing both ways, from supplier to contractor and back. When it doesn't line up, a wrong PO number, an invoice mix-up, a SKU that doesn't translate, your team spends time cleaning up data instead of getting projects built. This quarter we added settings that keep both sides in sync.

  • When a PO number doesn't match, a contractor purchasing agent can reassign the sales order to the correct one in seconds. The supplier doesn't have to resend the order, and the contractor doesn't have to wait for a fix.
  • For supplier part numbers, suppliers now choose how to handle a SKU when there's no exact match: a best-effort match, a standard fallback, or an item description with a blank SKU, so incoming orders keep getting processed.

A look at what's coming

We also previewed what's in the works for the next few months:

  • Punchout. Shop a supplier's full web catalog without leaving Remarcable. The cart comes back as a pending PO under your approval and budget rules.
  • Agentic AI accounting workflows. Set the rules, and orders from trusted vendors or POs under a set dollar amount move from email to your accounting system on their own. Your AP team spends time on reviewing exceptions, not routine POs.
  • Project Orders. A workflow built for engineered, long-lead equipment like switchgear, lighting packages, boilers, and RTUs, with live status pulled straight from supplier systems.
  • Vendor Managed Inventory for distributors. The other side of VMI, so the contractor and the distributor work from one record. No separate scan, no double entry.

Built for the way your teams actually work

Whether you run electrical, plumbing, or mechanical projects, or supply the contractors who do, Remarcable is built for the way your teams actually work. In the field, in the office, and in the warehouse. Every part. Every order. Every team. Finally connected.
